EX_Commuter_Vehicle Style Parts & Lighting at Bajaj Auto. Responsible for design & development of chassis components like step holders, main stand, side stand, Fuel tank, trim parts like side covers, cowls etc.
What you'll do
- Responsible for design & development of chassis components like step holders, main stand, side stand, Fuel tank, trim parts like side covers, cowls etc
- Develop new design concepts & its analytical / experimental evaluation
- Address DFM/DFA/DFS aspects in design
- Understand field & internal testing failure phenomenon, analyze & provide countermeasures
- Create & evaluate 3D packages, clearances with interfacing parts, conduct stack up analysis
