- Process designing, assembly readiness - robust process, high repeatability
- Lead the team to ensure on-time build of pre-pilot batch, pilot batch and SOP batches
- Identify and close DFA points
- End of Line readiness, proficiency in CAN communication
- Q issues – QSR RFT defects elimination
