About the role
To lead the overall production function for the EV manufacturing location while interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Adopting and developing new standards, processes, for sustaining and improving PQCDSM. Monitoring of plant performance indices aligned to company goals and mission
- Leading and developing a diverse team for new capabilities and high performance
- Examining the outgoing vehicle quality for functional, aesthetic, safety etc
- Budgeting for existing and future requirements
- Ensuring the audits for JH , PM, SHE parameters
