About the role
The Techno-Functional Business Analyst/Support will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the BACL environment. This role involves managing enterprise applications, handling change requests and ensuring seamless integration between business processes and technology solutions.

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement application enhancements aligned with digital transformation goals
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Ensure timely delivery of new features and integrations across NBFC applications
- Define and execute test plans for new developments and change requests
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
