About the role
We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Lead to drive enterprise analytics solutions across business functions. The role will partner with business and digital product teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, while driving the shift from traditional reporting towards self-service and AI-enabled analytics.
What you'll do
- Partner with business and digital product teams to understand business problems, KPIs and analytics requirements, and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
- Lead the design and delivery of Power BI on Fabric-based dashboards and analytical solutions, ensuring usability, scalability and business relevance
- Drive self-service and AI-enabled analytics, including conversational analytics and AI-assisted creation of analytical solutions
- Rationalize and optimize the existing dashboard landscape by reducing duplication and standardizing metrics and reporting
- Work closely with data engineering and platform teams to ensure analytics solutions leverage trusted, governed and secure enterprise data
