About the role
MGR (TE - PDC) at Bajaj Auto. Design and develop PDC dies for HPDC, LPDC & GDC for automotive components while ensuring manufacturability, quality & cost optimization.
What you'll do
- Design and develop PDC dies for HPDC, LPDC & GDC for automotive components while ensuring manufacturability, quality & cost optimization
- Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models as per design requirements
- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure tool feasibility and functionality
- Support tool trials, modifications, and troubleshooting during development stages
- Ensure designs comply with quality standards, GD&T, and manufacturing processes
