SPECIALIST (R&D)_Commuter_Vehicle Integration at Bajaj Auto. Prepare 2Wh layout, BOM & release EC ensuring correctness of interface points of different chassis system i.e wheel & brakes, suspension, frame, plastic parts.
What you'll do
- Prepare 2Wh layout, BOM & release EC ensuring correctness of interface points of different chassis system i.e wheel & brakes, suspension, frame, plastic parts
- Vehicle layout preparation in 3D with given product brief
- Working out design proposal in CAD of chassis system parts as input to Hz team
- Stack up analysis of interface parts to ensure desired fit & finish of parts on vehicle
- Packaging confirmation of different aggregates in 3D considering DFA/DFS & stackup
