What you'll do
- Design and evaluate Steering System, Steering mechanism and its aggregates like steering linkages, rack and pinion, tie tod, steering column, bushes
- Work out steering system hard points considering suspension hard points and optimise steering layout
- Work out and should have knowhow of different steering systems like rack and pinion, centre-take off, bell crank
- Workout designs like collapsible steering column, power steering system depending on project need
- Work out and detailing of 3Wh steering column and fork design
