FEA modeling in HyperMesh. Modal / static analysis for relevant load cases on parts in the respective categories Dynamic / durability analysis with the help of CAE teams Responsible for layout & Interface checks in 3D, with surrounding parts and highlighting clearance / interferecne issues, if any Expertise in UG NX Version XX ?? and conversant with ACAD
What you'll do
- Responsible for layout & Interface checks in 3D, with surrounding parts and highlighting clearance / interferecne issues, if any
- Ensuring that the part design respect all the DFM principles for respective part categories
- Review the part design & prepare DFM checksheets before release
- Communicating interface isssues with verticals / styling
- Ensure timely completion of activities as per given time targets by proper management of personnel and resources
