About the role
As a Senior Engineer, Automation & Control, Service Engineering, you will be responsible for: Providing on-site and remote technical support for instrumentation, automation and control systems during installation and commissioning phases of projects.
What you'll do
- Providing on-site and remote technical support for instrumentation, automation and control systems during installation and commissioning phases of projects
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to make customer technical issues/requirements understood and addressed in a timely manner
- Leading and programing manage root cause analysis/investigation activities for product technical issues
- Preparing technical presentations for BH Leaders and Customers ensuring the timely communication of significant issues or developments
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all phases of work
