What you'll do
- Review daily bank statements and incoming customer payments through wire transfers, ACH, checks, and other payment methods
- Review payment remittance details and investigate unidentified, unapplied, or incorrectly applied cash to ensure timely resolution
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies between bank receipts and system records
- Partner with Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Revenue Operations, and other Finance teams to resolve payment and account-related issues
- Process cash adjustments, reapplications, refunds, and account corrections in accordance with established policies and approval requirements
