What you'll do
- Supervise a team of junior and senior associates or assigned client accounting workstreams, ensuring effective task allocation, workload management
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll-related accounting, journal entries
- Review team deliverables, monitor daily operational performance against SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and quality targets
- Manage day-to-day team activities, including regular one-on-one discussions, coaching, performance feedback, timesheet monitoring, leave approvals
- Participate in client governance calls and operational reviews, coordinate accounting deliverables, address routine client inquiries
