What you'll do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on one or more of the core departmental functions
- Handle day-to-day operations of the team, including escalations and workload distribution to ensure service levels are met
- Provide guidance and training to junior members of the team
- Investigate and solve complex problems; identify root causes of problems and suggest process improvements
- Identify best practices and suggest improvement ideas to increase efficiency. Deliver a superior level of prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service
