What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery for clients, ensuring all accounting and reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and meet client expectations with minimal rework
- Manage and review production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines across multiple clients
- Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met
- Translate client requirements and expectations into clear, actionable instructions for the team, ensuring alignment between client needs and offshore execution
- Coach, train, and mentor staff on client service, and accounting matters
