What you'll do

• Update and maintain staff schedules using scheduling system
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve simple scheduling conflicts by presenting potential solutions and escalate as necessary
• Assist in managing utilization of staff and aid in meeting charge hour budgets
• Develop relationships with staff to understand their goals, experience, and areas of development
• Compile and analyze reports such as scheduled hours vs budget, utilization, projections and more to leverage resources
