What you'll do
- Lead client engagements and manage healthcare-focused due diligence activities for middle-market transactions across multiple industries
- Partner with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and investment banks on buy-side, sell-side, and other M&A-related engagements
- Analyze complex business and transaction scenarios to identify risks, opportunities, and key operational considerations
- Manage all phases of engagement delivery, including client communication, analysis, deliverables, and project execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support
