What you'll do
- Implement client service processes for each of your accounts; oversee adherence to processes and controls
- Oversee staff performing AP data entry and import; review, verify, and confirm accuracy and completeness of data based on source documents and system outputs
- Perform joint interest billing processes ensuring accuracy and completeness with the controller and client
- Plan and manage service delivery for multiple clients, independently and autonomously
- Lead month-end close activities end-to-end, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, complete, and ready for review, while managing timelines across multiple clients
