About the role
The Master Data Manager will lead the Business Partner Master Data (BPMD), Bank Master Data (BMD), and Employee Master Data (EMD) operations for the Asia Pacific region. The role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, governance, compliance, project execution, and continuous improvement while managing a team of analysts and senior analysts.
What you'll do
- Service Delivery & Team Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Master Data services across assigned countries and legal entities
- Manage operational performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality metrics, and compliance requirements
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to analysts and senior analysts within the team
- Monitor workload distribution and ensure optimum resource utilization
