Consultant - SAP Successfactors & HCM

About the role

We are seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant who will also lead and grow our HCM practice. Deep hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors — particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll — combined with the leadership to build the team, set delivery standards, support pre-sales, and act as trusted advisor to clients.

What you'll do

• Set up and optimize Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) including home page, role-based permissions (RBP), and workflow approvals
• Build integrations using Integration Center and SAP Integration Suite / CPI, and manage data using imports and the data models
• Configure and support additional modules as needed: [Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Succession & Development]
• Build reports and dashboards using People Analytics / Story reports
• Manage testing (unit, integration, UAT), release management against the half-yearly SAP release cycle, and post-go-live support
