About the role
We are looking for a mid-level SAP HCM Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. You will provide support for clients’ live SAP HCM environments, ensuring stable payroll and HR operations, timely incident resolution, and continuous improvement of the support landscape.
What you'll do
- Provide support for SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY)
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs and priorities
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and high-priority incidents, and implement permanent fixes
- Troubleshoot time evaluation, quota generation, and absence/attendance issues
- Manage change requests and minor enhancements, including configuration changes, testing, and transport management
