About the role
What you’ll work on (not a checklist of what you need to already know) Wiring agents into SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and everything else our clients run — over REST and webhooks, building new endpoints where none exist Fine-tuning models (LoRA/PEFT) for the narrow tasks where prompting isn’t enough Chasing down agents that fail quietly, and adding the tests and traces that make them fail loudly instead
What you'll do
- Building MCP servers that turn internal and third-party systems into tools an agent can call
- Writing MCP clients and the agent loops around them — tool selection, retries, error handling, state
- Shipping APIs with FastAPI: auth, background jobs, streaming responses, clean schemas
- Building and tuning RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and evals
