What you'll do
- Real Estate Site Selection and Analysis
- Identify and evaluate all real estate opportunities through site visits, site selection metrics and criteria
- Manage metrics and criteria for which site selection decisions will be made (research analytics, financial performance, revenue prediction models)
- Identify franchise opportunities with multiple and cross border landlords to achieve best possible deal making
- Manage external Real Estate resources in locating and evaluating potential sites, especially the cross-border strategic landlords
