About the role
The Associate Consultant is responsible for ensuring that IDBS customer satisfaction is maximized in relation to the use and deployment of IDBS’s cloud-based software by providing consulting and technical services support. This position reports to the Regional Services Operations Manager and is part of the Global Professional Services team located in Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.

- Deliver successful product and project implementations by executing against agreed project plans and Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Develop and customize customer-facing spreadsheets, templates, and configurations that support the effective use of IDBS solutions
- Partner with customers to understand their business and scientific requirements, translate those needs into solution designs, and help optimize workflows
- Contribute to successful project delivery through effective planning, task management, accurate time tracking, and project documentation
