About the role
The DBS Leader, LSIG India is a strategic commercial growth role responsible for accelerating LSIG India’s growth agenda through the deployment of DBS Growth tools, commercial excellence practices, and cross-OpCo growth initiatives. The role will partner with platform and OpCo leadership to improve funnel management, forecast accuracy, win rates, opportunity conversion, and execution rigor across priority commercial workstreams.
What you'll do
- The DBS Leader will provide strategic leadership to deploy DBS Growth tools and commercial excellence practices across LSIG India
- Drive Growth Rooms, commercial kaizens, performance management routines, Voice of Customer, market segmentation, growth-driver deployment
- Act as a strategic partner to platform and OpCo leaders, helping translate market opportunities and business priorities into structured DBS-led growth actions
- The focus will be on building commercial capability, improving execution discipline, and enabling consistent deployment of growth initiatives across OpCos
- Drive deployment of DBS Growth tools and commercial excellence practices across LSIG India to accelerate organic growth and strengthen commercial performance
