About the role
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales, market development, profitability, and strategic growth of the Medical business across the assigned region. The incumbent will lead a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives while developing strong relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, institutions, channel partners, and healthcare stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Drive Regional Business Growth and Commercial Performance
- Deliver regional sales, market share, profitability, and growth targets
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned to organizational objectives
- Drive performance across the Medical portfolio, including Neuro Surgery, ENT Surgery, Spine Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Ophthalmology, Dental
- Identify new business opportunities, growth segments, and market expansion opportunities
