• Responsible to grow the Peripheral Vascular (BDI - PV) business by driving the Sales organization with goals of meeting strategic and financial objectives
• Drive sales growth through engaging customer conversations focused on value creation
• Develop key accounts / clusters and manage channel partners across regions
• Lead & develop RSMs and their teams
