AI Platform & Security Engineer

About the role

Every one of these has an AI-specific platform, security, and configuration layer underneath it – managed policy files, connector and MCP governance, security reviews, token controls, admin and access management, deployment infrastructure. This role owns that layer. It exists so the platform runs as managed infrastructure with a clear standard and owner as Beghou’s AI footprint scales.

What you'll do

• Manage enterprise configurations and governance for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and future AI platforms
• Evaluate new AI tools, agents, and capabilities through technical security reviews and risk assessments
• Build and automate the controls that translate governance policies into enforceable technical standards
• Own AI platform administration, including identity, access, permissions, and platform configuration
• Deploy, operate, and continuously improve the infrastructure that powers our internal AI tools and AI Lab
