What you'll do
- Execute timely accounting transactions for assigned vessels including invoices, expenses, payments, and payroll
- Prepare and submit periodic financial reports and monitor actual costs against budgets
- Issue client invoices in line with contractual agreements and monitor timely payments
- Raise and reconcile intercompany invoices and balances
- Provide financial data to support management reporting and decision-making
