About the role
Responsible for solution architecture of Global Order Management Omnichannel Solutions. This Architect will be an expert with the IBM Sterling Order Management Application Suite and will be responsible for providing solutions that are optimized for scale, growth and high performance. The Architect demonstrates technical expertise, effective communication skills, and leadership in a consultative role to product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Evaluate, design, scope, and document integration effort for new products, processes, technologies, and solutions
- Design and maintain detailed technical architecture documentation across a multi-brand, multiregion Omnichannel environment
- Perform Impact Analysis across enterprise systems as well as third party solutions and provide high level cost and effort estimates for all major initiatives
- Develop technical implementation plans and timelines with key engineering stakeholders and enterprise standards
- Communicate technical needs and limitations clearly and effectively
