About the role
Oracle AP Functional Support Analyst (L1 / Tier 1) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Oracle AP Functional Support Analyst (L1 / Tier 1) with 4–7 years of experience in Oracle Accounts Payable support. The ideal candidate will provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud AP and Oracle EBS AP modules, ensuring timely issue resolution, SLA adherence, and seamless coordination with business and US support teams.
What you'll do
- Provide L1 / Tier 1 functional support for Oracle AP-related incidents and service requests
- Handle issue triage, initial analysis, troubleshooting, and ticket assignment/escalation
- Monitor and manage support tickets through ticketing tools while ensuring SLA compliance
- Support invoice processing activities and vendor management processes
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and US stakeholders for issue resolution
