Legal Analyst

About the role

This role provides operational, financial, and administrative support to the Legal Department, with a primary focus on vendor invoice processing, legal spend tracking, accruals, budget-to-actual reporting, and finance partnership. The position supports a broad range of legal functions, including litigation, intellectual property, privacy, compliance, corporate governance, and legal operations.

What you'll do

• Manage the review, coding, approval routing, payment tracking, and timely processing of external legal counsel and vendor invoices
• Track legal budgets, accruals, forecasts, and budget-to-actual performance, and prepare spend reports for Legal and Finance leadership
• Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues, improve payment workflows, maintain accurate matter and vendor records
• Manage settlement tracking and processing, including payment status, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain physical and electronic legal records and oversee document retention processes
