About the role

This role provides advanced legal and operational support to the in-house Legal Department with responsibility for litigation, e-discovery, subpoenas, governmental and administrative matters, and other legal operations initiatives.
What you'll do
- Provide advanced litigation support for complex civil, commercial, employment, regulatory, and other legal matters, including case file management, deadline tracking
- Coordinate legal holds, e-discovery, document preservation, collection, review, and production in partnership with attorneys, external counsel, IT
- Assist with case preparation by organizing chronologies, exhibits, discovery materials, and other litigation work products
- Manage and optimize legal technology platforms, including document management systems, e-discovery platforms, workflow tools, matter management applications
- Track and manage legal spend, including matter-level budgets, accruals, outside counsel invoices, vendor management, and departmental financial reporting
