Property Manager - Co-working & Managed Office

About the role

We are looking for a Centre Manager with experience in Co-working / Managed Office operations and sales . The candidate will be responsible for managing centre operations, clients, vendors, commercial activities and the ground/sales team.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day Co-working/Managed Office operations
• Drive sales for office spaces, desks, meeting rooms and managed office solutions
• Handle B2B/corporate clients , site visits, negotiations and closures
• Manage commercial leasing, rentals, pricing and negotiations
• Manage vendors including housekeeping, security, maintenance, plumbing, electrical and other service providers
