Extensive hands-on experience with GTM (Global Trade Management) implementations End-to-end project management and delivery of GTM solutions Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher XML, MS-Office tools Basic understanding of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)
What you'll do
- Lead and execute end-to-end GTM projects (minimum of 3 successful implementations)
- Manage project accounts, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
- Configure GTM modules and manage upgrades, including new feature rollouts
- Maintain daily communication with clients and stakeholders for project updates, requirements, and change requests
- Gather customer requirements, understand supply chain business processes, and translate them into functional specifications
