About the role
The Sales Support Team Lead is a key leadership role within Sales Enablement, responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Support Analysts who provide operational and transactional support to the sales organization. The role combines team management, operational excellence, and hands-on subject matter expertise across complex sales processes, quote configuration, contract administration, and order management.

- Monitor team performance, service levels, workload distribution, and development needs; take timely action to address risks and maintain effective support coverage
