About the role

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Willingness to work in shifts and weekend/holidays

What you'll do

• Provide quick support for escalated incident tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner
• Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes
• Support Infrastructure and Interfacing applications changes
• Provide on-call support on rotational basis
• Drive environment stability across QA, UAT, and Production
