About the role
We are looking for an experienced Embedded C++ Developer to define and drive scalable, high-quality embedded software architecture. This role requires strong expertise in C++ and embedded systems, with working knowledge of connectivity technologies to support connected product development. This project involves the design and development of the core firmware for a new generation of embedded controllers for HVAC products.
What you'll do
- Define end-to-end embedded software architecture (drivers, middleware, application layers).Design scalable solutions across MCU/SoC platforms, RTOS
- Assess emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms) with a focus on improving embedded platform engineering and automation
- Architect systems for high performance, low latency, and efficient resource usage
- Translate business and system requirements into technical architecture
- Facilitate architecture discussions and design reviews across teams
