Task Professional (TP) - responsible as Shift Lead for Sanction Party List (SPL) Screening Operation. Responsibilities include: Responsible for tracking errors during the shift Takeover/Handover activities during shift change Conveying and implementing instructions and work guidance to shift members First level query resolution & First Point of escalation
What you'll do
- Handle SPL operations during the shift
- Handling and allocation of workflows
- Manage Mailers and Queries and responding to stakeholders' operational queries
- Monitor Workflow and SLA during the shift
- Maintain and consolidate activity trackers for the shift
