About the role
The Sales Engineer/Assistant Manager will drive revenue growth for Bosch Rexroth's Agriculture segment by managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and customer relationship development through to project closure and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Generate new business enquiries and identify market opportunities within the Agriculture segment
- Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Develop and present techno-commercial proposals, leading negotiations to secure contracts
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and resolve quality issues with highest priority
- Achieve all assigned key performance indicators and sales targets
