To execute strategic sourcing and end-to-end purchasing for assigned commodities, delivering competitive cost, supplier capacity, quality and delivery performance while supporting new product development, process improvement and global sourcing collaboration.
What you'll do
- Implement strategic sourcing activities for the organization
- Work closely with Purchasing colleagues in Germany and Brazil to identify and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
- Conduct market research and cost benchmarking
- Lead yearly price negotiations using cost benchmarking insights
- Handle purchasing functions for assigned commodities
