- Ensure suppliers OTD performance and resolve the key suppliers/issues to overcome delivery issues
- Coordinate with Purchase/ global services, IPN and task force teams for bottleneck and supplier issues to meet customer requirements
- Ensure and execute individual targets by effectively implementing improvement measures covering blocked stocks, non-moving and excess stocks
- Plan the transportation, forwarder and CHA to ensure its effective and efficient operation to meet the business requirements
