2)KPI Controlling - Monitor warehouse & Transportation KPI and collaborate with Internal and External service provider to increase productivity / Service level 3)Cost Controlling - Monitor and identify the multiple cost related avenues towards physical logistics including RCA and reduction of cost where ever it is beyond the yearly Budget
