About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Purchase Specialist for our Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) electronic tolling business.
What you'll do
- Source, evaluate and select suppliers for MLFF systems and components – ANPR/ALPR cameras, RFID/FASTag readers and antennas, vehicle classification sensors (LiDAR/laser
- Translate RFP/tender and customer (NHAI/IHMCL/acquirer bank) technical specifications into purchase specifications
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, SLAs, liquidated damages and back-to-back terms aligned with the customer contract
- Procure and contract services for civil and gantry erection, installation & commissioning, O&M manpower agencies, security and housekeeping
- Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to delivery, GRN and invoice clearance in SAP, ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines
