What you'll do
- Safety-Critical Firmware Development: Design, develop, and validate safety-critical firmware for the Cortex-R5 MCU cores in accordance with ISO 26262 standards
- Take a lead role in board bring-up, bootloader development (e.g., SBL), and configuring the system boot flow to establish a secure and safe operational environment
- Inter-Processor Communication (IPC): Architect and implement robust, high-performance IPC mechanisms for communication between the safety domain (R5/RTOS) and the…
- Develop and optimize real-time applications on safety RTOS (ETAS RTA-OS, FreeRTOS) or bare-metal environments, focusing on interrupt handling, DMA, task scheduling
- Debugging and System Analysis : Perform deep-dive debugging of complex, system-level issues at the hardware/software interface using JTAG debuggers (Lauterbach Trace32)
