About the role
Marketo Administrator responsible (Contract) for the day-to-day management and operational health of our Marketo instance. Partners closely with the Marketing Operations team to ensure continuity of campaign execution, lead management, and system integrations during the primary admin’s maternity leave.
What you'll do
- Own and administer the Marketo instance — user management, workspace configuration, database health, and system hygiene
- Build, QA, and deploy marketing campaigns (emails, nurture programs, smart campaigns, landing pages)
- Maintain and troubleshoot lead scoring models and lifecycle/routing rules
- Manage Marketo <> Salesforce sync, monitor sync errors, and resolve data flow issues
- Partner with Data Quality team for data and error clean up
