Assistant Manager – Employer & Volunteer Engagement

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to support our Employer Engagement and Volunteer Engagement strategies. In this dual role, you’ll help strengthen our relationships with corporate partners and nurture a growing community of volunteers who contribute to our mission.

What you'll do

• Support the development and implementation of strategies to engage employers for job placements, internships, apprenticeships, and exposure visits
• Assist in building and managing partnerships with corporate organisations, CSR leaders, and industry bodies
• Coordinate with internal teams to design and deliver employer engagement initiatives aligned with youth development outcomes
• Track and document partnership progress, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of volunteers across programs
