What you'll do

• Support data collection activities through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and field visits
• Assist in quantitative and qualitative data analysis to generate actionable insights for programme improvement
• Conduct quality checks of calls and data records to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Provide Excel-based support for reporting, dashboards, data management, and tracking
• Assist in preparing research summaries, reports, and presentations
