What you'll do

- Observe and document child progress via photos, checklists, anecdotal notes; conduct informal assessments like drawing tasks or group games
- Manage small groups (10-15 children), handle transitions, ensure safety during free play, meals, and naps
- Collaborate with parents via daily diaries, photo updates, monthly PTMs; share milestones like first alphabet recognition
