- Engineer and orchestrate AI agents for complex healthcare workflows, implementing multi-step reasoning, tool-calling patterns, and workflow automation
- Enable healthcare member experience features such as provider search, facility search, symptom guidance, benefits and coverage guidance, cost estimation, claims status
