About the role
The role is responsible for managing B2O customer relationships across businesses, schools, universities and government organisations in India, working closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure a positive customer experience and successful achievement of their goals. The role is responsible for supporting B2O client onboarding, product and service delivery, and ongoing customer relationship management.
